Common questions
I have forgotten my password
Tap “Forgotten your password?” on the sign-in screen and you will get a reset link by email.
How do clients pay me?
You add your own payment link in Settings, whether that is Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or something else. Furslow texts it to the client with the amount. The money goes straight to you and the app never touches it or takes a cut.
Does it work without signal?
The day's schedule is saved to your phone, so you can still see what is next in a garden with no bars. Making changes needs a connection.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete account. It removes the account and every client, pet, appointment and photo attached to it.
